I know this is going to be slightly bizarre, but Ithink you should go out and exercise.

A few years ago I was suffering from beingextremely lazy. Usually, what I would do is comehome after a long day of college and not go overeverything that I had learnt in class - complacencyon my part because I'm a fast learner - but it wouldmostly be due to laziness.

When I had started exercising, my organisational skills, problem solving skills and generalintelligence had substantially improved. I was no longer absent-minded, lazy and stressed. Itcould have possibly been due to the motivation my teachers were giving me to achieve mypotential, not just due to the exercise; but the exercise was enormously beneficial, and iswhat spurred me on.

A friend of mine wanted to lose some weight.
